How much does personal training cost at Mr PT Fitness?
1-on-1 personal training starts from $50 per session. Small group training (max 4) is from $25 per person. Online coaching is from $50 per week. Nutrition plans are from $120 one-off. Multi-session packages reduce the per-session rate.
Where is the Mr PT Fitness studio?
35 McIntosh Road, Dee Why NSW 2099. A private home studio with free on-street parking. Roughly 5 minutes from Brookvale and Cromer, 7 minutes from Collaroy, and 10 minutes from Manly.
What hours are sessions available?
Sessions run weekdays 5:30am to 7:00pm and Saturdays 6:00am to 12:00pm. The 5:30am, 6:00am and 6:30am slots fill first; weekend slots fill 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Most new clients haven't trained in months or years. The first session is built around your current ability and a movement screen — there is no fitness test.
How long until I see results?
Strength gains show in 4 to 6 weeks. Visible body composition change in 8 to 12 weeks for clients training twice per week with consistent nutrition. Energy and sleep usually improve by week 2.
Do you offer online coaching?
Yes. Online coaching from $50 per week includes a bespoke programme, weekly check-ins, and video form review. It suits clients who travel frequently, live outside the Northern Beaches, or want lower-cost structured programming.
